Tips needed for traveling with a baby in Japan (Tokyo)

My wife, 10 month old daughter and I are going to living in Tokyo/Yokohama for 3 months because of work. We have visited Japan before but never for this long or with a baby and do not speak Japanese. Does anyone have any recommendations or tips about either traveling with a baby or living in Japan with a baby?
