Traveling to Japan, Need work for stay 3weeks+ (Tokyo)

Dear Internations Tokyo Community,

I am an avid traveler, with 20 years+ around Protected content at my the age of 36.
I like to travel around in Japan some time mid November Protected content 3+ weeks and travel around at the same time if possible.

I like to work/teach/train in exchange for a stay... depending on work I can stay few weeks longer.

I am pretty much open to any work environment (Nothing intensive physically).. farm would be ideal, or anything within natural setting ;).. still I am open to explore opportunities.

I am a business development professional, a facebook advertising expert, and a soft skill trainer as well, .. so you tell me what is it that I can contribute to your knowledge in exchange for a free stay ;)

I like to enjoy the moment, and plan every step of my travel.
