Visiting Japan for Sakura Festival! (Tokyo)

Hello Everyone,
I am very happy to find this site and wanted to find new friends that live in Japan. I will be coming to visit your beautiful country for the first time and traveling solo. I would love to have anyone answer and help me to build an itenenary or show me around. Of course I would be happy to pay for your time.
