Visiting Sumo Stable in Tokyo

Does anyone know which sumo stable that open for public so people could see while sumo is doing their morning practice? I failed to get information precisely since all information is in kanji and hiragana - I don't read those characters.

To my knowledge, Sumo Stable open for public at 08. Protected content am with an advance registration. since the master can't speak English so visitor is recommended come with Japanese friends.

Kindly need your comments on this matter. I like to visit Sumo Stable around Tokyo.
