Your Profile:
Possess previous customer service experience
Have completed a Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
Can provide a clear criminal reference check
Possess strong computer and communication skills in English and German
Are flexible and available to work a variety of shifts
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Separate office space in your home free from noise
Must be available to come to Toronto for the initial training period
