Information needed from an immigration consultant (Toronto)

Hello;

I'm in the process of getting as much info as possible to do the permanent residency ideally to go live in Toronto. I've been contacted by some agencies regarding the applications and I'm not sure if I can believe what they tell me.

If someone who has knowledge regarding the application process for the residency or is an immigration consultant/lawyer could message me so I can explain more in details my situation it would be highly appreciated.
