Moving to Canada : Help (Toronto)

Greetings of the day!

I am very much interest to live and work in Canada.

I have 9 Years Work Experience in Plastic Manufacturing Field.

My Qualification B.tech (Chemical Engg),Post Diplomo in Plastic Engg.

At present Working in Oman.

My wife also qualified Engineer.with work experience.

Want to know which visa programs suitable for us.and how much money and time frame needed to process the visa.

PR ( permanent Resident) visa or FSW (Fedaral skilled worker) programme.

How I can search the job in Canada.

Any websites Can you refer me to register my resume.

Can we approach consultancy for visa process.

Please reply me,we are in confusion stage now.
