Moving to Toronto with small children

Hi, my husband and I are moving to Toronto next month with our 2 children ages 5 & 2. We will probably be living downtown/midtown and I wondered if there are any Mum/family meet ups or groups I can join to find friends for me and the children? Any help or point the right direction would be great please.
