New Comer in Canada (Toronto)

Hi Everyone,

I am moving to Canada as a Permanent Resident on March Protected content . Could anyone advise me what to carry with me as during my trip and how to get a job. Is there any good source or placement agencies available? Please inform m about the weather in Toronto area and specific things that I must have to bring .
How to get a rented house-I'm seeking for a room on sharing basis especially with a good family.
Any help-wud be appreciated.
