Temporary and permanent accomodation (Toronto)

Hello All,

Now when the move is certain and the dates are fixed, I decided to put it here. I am moving to Toronto along with my wife, Svetlana, and our dog, Bo (an amazing Labrador Retriever!) on the 20th of September Protected content .

Firstly, we require a temporary accommodation for the first few days in which we will look out for the permanent one.

The temporary accommodation can be somewhere in and around the downtown (around, then walkable), dog-friendly, with basic amenities and preferably an apartment. We shall book the same for the first four-five days.

The permanent accommodation needs to be a 1 bedroom apartment or a condo within the downtown, dog-friendly, all inclusive (heating, hydro, HS internet, water). Furnished or not furnished can be decided at a later stage, quotes are welcome for both the variants. The first contract we will sign for a small tenure like 3 months and if things work out well, we shall extend the same.
