Group French classes or French English exchange (Toulouse)

Hi I have recently moved to Toulouse and speak very little French. I was wondering if anyone is in the same boat and would consider forming a French learning group as a way to learn French and to socialise? or if anyone is interested in doing a language exchange where they can teach me French in exchange I can teach English.
