help improving french (Toulouse)

hi ive lived in pau now for 6 months, while my french is improving gradually it is still very basic, does anyone have any tips on improving french a bit quicker, or any knowledge of any french classes or tutors in and around the pau area, many thanks, chris, also if there any english speakers in pau that would maybe like to grab a coffee sometime and for a good old chat just let me know :)
