Legal will stuff (Toulouse)

I have a problem. My mother just died. I've been sent a Waiver Of Process and Consent To Probate by her lawyer regarding the will. I have to get it signed but it has to be done at a U.S. consulate office where a representative will sign and affix his/her stamp, or before an Apostile (not a notary public), who will sign and affix his/her seal. Do anyone know where I can get this done because I've hit a wall trying to figure it out. VERY, VERY important. Has to be done immediately. All that said, thanks so much for any advice.
