Developed by Master Zhen Hua Yang over the last 20 years, Calligraphy Yoga is innovative, contemporary and at the same time deeply bedded in the traditional health practises of India and China.
Since the age of 6, Master Yang has trained in his family’s ‘Yang Mian’ system, which has over Protected content of history, and is now a world-renowned internal style martial artist.
He decided he wanted to help ‘everyday’ people lead longer, healthier, happier lives and so fused the principles of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Indian Yoga and Calligraphy penmanship into what is Calligraphy Yoga. Each contributes to forge a distinctive synthesis that is suitable for everyone who wants to improve their physical health, strengthen their psychological resilience and cultivate their
internal energetic reserves.

Calligraphy Yoga - Spine and Shoulders 15h – 18h
This programme is targeted at office workers and corporate professionals who are confined to an office chair and suffer from stress, depression, high blood pressure, aches and pains. This practice can help to alleviate stress, headaches and circulatory problems.

Working with 3-dimensional movements that help release muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints.
