Moving to Toulouse

Good Morning

I am looking at moving to the Toulouse area with my daughter and young family next year and wanted some help please? Clearly where you decide to live is entirely a personal matter, but an insight into the weather throughout the year would be helpful - is it fairly warm during the winter months? We are wanting to live in a lively village about 40 minutes from Toulouse, any help would be very much appreciated - all suggestions welcome! Plus on the job side, are there any English companies in Toulouse? Long shot but worth asking! Thank you in anticipation and have a super weekend..
