need a hand? (Toulouse)

Hi, my names Caroline. I'm living in Toulouse with my boyfriend who has got work here. I can't speak much French and don't know anyone and as you can imagine, I'm getting very bored when he's at work as I normally also work full time. I'm qualified in child care and social care and have many years experience.

Anyone any ideas what I could do productively and maybe just help someone out? Thanks in advance
