To master the key principles (breathing, concentration, control, precision, fluency, articulation of the column, integration of movement, ...) Why not start with a intensive beginners workshop
This course will cover the fundamentals of Pilates and allow you to review or learn the bases of the method.
You can then join a Pilates Beginners class and gain fluency and technique!
