Primary school for non-French speakers (Toulouse)

We are moving to Toulouse in June, and our oldest is seven. Our relocation service mentioned a primary school (public) that she will attend for one year with other non-native speakers before being integrated in the regular public school system. Does anyone know where this is located and what it is called? I believe it has been open for about two years.
