UK Company Formation Advice (Toulouse)

Hi,
I am from the UK, based in the Toulouse area and currently looking into setting up a UK registered limited company. I would like to find, speak to and eventually meet someone, ideally also in the larger Toulouse area, who has experience of company formation, along with financial planning, accounting and perhaps legal knowledge and experience and who can advise me on my options and the most efficient way forward. Please let me know if you think you might be able to help me personally or recommend someone who can.
