Norwegian Language lesson (Trondheim)

Hei alle sammen! Hello everyone!

My name is Fai. I'm a Thai citizen and currently living in Thailand. I know some basic norwegian and wish to go to Trondheim to study Norwegian language in B1 Level. I am wondering if there is any school that accept a student without a resident permit?

I have googled and found that many schools only accept foreign students with resident permit. If you know any place, please kindly suggest :)
