English-speaking guide for Tunis medina

I have a friend coming to visit who doesn't speak French or Arabic. Does anyone know an excellent and experienced English-speaking guide for an in-depth tour of buildings & history of the Tunis medina? I'm not interested in tours of shops (I can do that alone), but in great architecture (Dars, mosques, etc) and perhaps some of the traditional artisans who might be more difficult to find without a tour. It would also be great if the guide had access to homes or galleries that might otherwise be closed to the public. Thanks in advance!!!
