Future of Civil Society in Tunisia

I work in Civil Society and I would like to have your input about the future of civil society organizations in Tunisia after fours years of the Tunisian Revolution? what is at stake in terms of more funding for development projects ? and what is to be done to ensure sustainability according to you?
