HELP!!! (Tunis)

HELP?? I am having problems getting my carte de séjour (CDS). I applied 4 years ago. Yes, 4 years. I know what there has been some issues with the Customs office I can send anyone who things they or someone they know the details of my problem. The US Embassy does not get involved in Tunisian policy and cannot help me. What I need now, I think, is a Tunisian who works in the Customs office in Tunis that processes the CDS. Or, someone who knows another person that could help me. I need to know what is holding up my CDS as the office here in La Marsa says the paperwork was OK and was sent for processing about two months ago. My email is Protected content .
