new in Tunis

Hello everyone! I arrived couple of weeks ago to Tunis as a trailing wife and now in the process of settling down. I am going to be here for the following 2`3 years.
Would be happy to get to know new people and get some tips and advices from those who have been to Tunis for a while.
Well, particularly I am looking for a good hair salon, manicure, cosmetologist, fencing club and French classes for beginners.
I speak only two foreign languages English, Russian.
