No women's club.....any informal get-togethers? (Tunis)

From what I've seen there is no international women's club in Tunis but I wondered if expat "non-working" wives get together for coffee, lunch etc? My husband is currently working in Tunis and I am visiting (latest trip) from 4th to 15th Oct. and would be happy for some social contact during the week.
All suggestions appreciated. I do speak French, and also German and Spanish so not restricted to English-language options..
