products from back home... (Tunis)

Hello, I am still in the US..trying to save and make money. My husband still has family in Sfax. I was wondering...are there products not available in Tunisia that you miss from your hometown mostly USA that you would love to see in Tunisia. We are thinking of sending products to his family to sell in the Souk (sp?)....any suggestions would be greatly apreciated!!
