Relocation Advice (Tunis)

Hi All,

I just joined this blog site as i am trying to dig in for info regarding life in Tunis.
I am a Kenyan living and working in Dubai.
I recently got a job offer in Tunis and need to make a major decision within few days.

Please help me out on the general Q’s
What would be the average comfortable monthly salary to cover the below
Rent. Studio or one bedroom apartment (Nice location) Preferably near Rue de Syrie, Tunis,
Transportation
Food
Bills (water ,electricity,telephone, internet and gas)
