To chickly island on bicycle (Tunis)

Have you ever thought about going to the fortress in the middle of Lac de Tunis. It is a very nice trip to do on bicycle.

From Gare de la Goulette Casino you find your way to the small damn leading 10 kilometers across the Lac de Tunis to the small island with the remains of the original Roman fortress and the present beautiful citadel renovated in Protected content it was reconstructed by the Spanish in 17th century.

Have a nice ride and be happy that if the wind is against you in one direction you can be sure to have it in your back in the other direction.
