Apartment for rent Aurora Lavazza please help ! (Turin)

Hello expat ...I need some help please... I own an apartment in torino in aurora just behind piazza Castello.. About Protected content walking. I live in the USA and I am debating remodeling to rent. Remodeling in Italy is expensive and I wanted some input from you. The apartment is right across the new Lavazza head quarters, it is 65 square meters and it has two bedrooms, kitchen and living room. I could offer it for Protected content a month plus utilities. Aurora is a multiethnic part of town under going major positive renovation. The apartment is spacious and will face the Lavazza headquarter in via Ancona. Most likely with a view on the paleo Christian basilica remains just found. Is this area something an expat would consider ? If you know anything about aurora please be so kind to let me know. I am really debating the remodeling or just keep it empty. Thank you very much. Claudia
