Apartment needed from June 1st! (Turin)

Ciao!!

My name is Stefano Oosthof, 36 years of age and currently living in The Hague (The Netherlands). The past months I have been working on the realisation of a ‘dream’: enjoying a longer time & living in Italy! The why? Well, it’s all about feeling at home..

The city where I want to take my first steps in Italy would be Torino. My first aim is to spend six months to a year in Torino, to get to know the city, people & culture, and who knows, maybe it will be for a lifetime. Since one can’t call living in Torino a ‘living’ without a place to stay, I’m shouting out to who ever can help me find an (rental) apartment or has an apartment to offer..

Starting from the June 1st I’ll be looking for a rental apartment in Torino. Below I’ve added a whislist of what I’d be looking for:

• A two room apartment / well maintenanced, clean and furnished
• Rental period starting from June 1st, Protected content
• Prefferable area’s: San Salvario, Quadrilatero & Vanchiglia
• Closed area / parking space for Vespa scooter (if possible)
• Monthly rent: max. € Protected content
• Electricity, gas and water preferrably included

What’s also important to know is that I have a cat called Lucca! Since I can’t think of living a life without him, he really needs and want to come to Italy with me. But don’t let Lucca scare you, I’ve raised hem well: he is friendly, neat, clean, quiet and furniture friendly.

Have you got a suitable apartment to offer or do you know anybody who has? Please let me know! I would be much appreciated.

Il mio nome è Stefano Oosthof, Olandese, di 36 anni che vive in Olanda all'Aia. Negli ultimi mesi sto cercando di realizzare un mio grande progetto: trasferirmi in Italia per assaporare la cultura italiana! Perché? Bhè, quando vengo in Italia mi sento proprio a casa …

La città in cui ho deciso di trasferirmi è Torino. Innanzitutto ho programmato di trasferirmi per 6 mesi o un anno in questa città, per conoscerla meglio, entrare in contatto con la sua gente e la cultura, e chissà magari trasferirmi per sempre a vivere li. Dal momento che non si può dire di vivere a Torino senza un posto in cui stare, vorrei trovare qualcuno che mi aiuti a trovare un appartamento da affittare. Vorrei trasferirmi dal primo di giugno di quest'anno, Ecco quello che sto cercando:

• Un appartamento con due stanze, ben mantenuto, ammobiliato e pulito
• Appartamento da affittare a partire dal primo di giugno Protected content
• Area: San Salvario, Quadrilatero e Vanchiglia
• Possibilmente un posto al chiuso dove parcheggiare una Vespa
• Affitto mensile massimo di Protected content
• Elettricità, gas e acqua inclusi

Una cosa importante che ci tengo a dire è che vorrei venire con il mio gatto Lucca. Dal momento che non potrei vivere senza di lui, vorrei proprio che venisse con me in Italia. Ma non preoccuparti di Lucca, è un gatto estremamente tranquillo e pulito.
