Possibly moving over to Mongolia - job market? (Ulaanbaatar)

Hi All,

My husband has just got a job offer from a company in Mongolia, which we are very seriously considering.
We have been living in UAE for the last two years, it took me a while to find a job down here, so what is the job market like in Ulaanbaatar?
My education background is in social sciences (BSc Psychology and MSc Sociology from UK universities), I have been working as a therapist for drug addicts, as a consultant for United Nations in Sudan, as office manager/events executive for one of the biggest PR consultancies, and i've done few other more admin oriented jobs.
I'd be very grateful for any insights on the employment situation.
