Coming to UB (Ulaanbaatar)

Dear all,

My husband and I will be coming to UB for the first time in mid April for his work. We will be staying in UB for a year.
I have a few questions, we currently live in Peru and voltage here is different so we bought a bunch of converters, do we need those and should we bring them?

Also both of our computers crashed a few weeks ago, and we were wondering what's the computer market like there? Are we going to be able to buy new computers there?

I obviously have a lot more to wonder about but I will take step by step. But any suggestions or any additional advices and info for new comers will be highly appreciated :)
