My girlfriend is pregnant! :) (Ulaanbaatar)

We plan to marry but its proving a little difficult to get confirmation of all the documentation I will need to produce. Does anyone know if the 'certificate of no impediment' needs only one apostilate signature or more than one? Any advice on marriage would be appreciated :)

I'm also concerned that my girlfriend doesn't know all about her rights and entitlements as an expectant mum. Can anyone point us in the right direction?
Eg I hear that Mongol citizens can get all kinds of entitlement from the government even a plot of land. She doesn't know anything about this.
