phone and communication ? (Ulaanbaatar)

Hi everybody!
As a new citizen of Ulaanbaatar, i am trying to settle down as quick as possible.
I am thinking about to pick MobiNet for our company phone line and Internet. Unfortunately MobiNet does not have any package that include phone line and web line together.
I found another company that does provide package, but Mongolians advice me not to go with it, saying it is more expensive.
Are packages in Ulaanbaatar so unusual?
