public paces with internet (Ulaanbaatar)

Hi there. Does anyone know some public places with relatively good internet speed.? Such as libraries, but not really internet caffee which is open everyday and for reasonable fee can use net during day time.
Beside the Japanese center..
I mean a quite place here possible to do some online ork and documentation wit reasonable net speed, so pub or coffee shop would not be ideal.
I would be really grateful for any suggestion
