Rental Apartments (Ulaanbaatar)

Hey Internations,

I will be moving to UB late summer and planning to rent fully furnished Protected content apartment in a nice residency complex. Could you provide some pointers:
-Which areas are preferred in centrum?
-Rent?
-What does fully furnished mean in UB?
- Facilities come with residency complex? Gym, sauna, pool
