Any Head Hunters reccomendation (Utrecht)

Hi people, I am a young Australian that would love to move to the Netherlands.
I'm 32 year old, speak Spanish and English and Italian.

I wanted to ask you if you know any serious Head Hunters or recruitment agency that you pay a fee and they provide you help and guidance to find a job.

No, I don't have a EU Passport.

Any tip, advice would be more than welcome
