English school and Housing (Utrecht)

Hi, i will be moving to Utrecht by end of april for 2 years with family and i wanted to know below details before moving Utrecht.

1) is they any expat schools are available in Utrecht to join my 4 years daughter, if yes how much would be the annual fees and any concession availiable for Expats.
2) Seems housing is very expensive in Utrecht, i am going to work in Capgemini Office - Reykjavikplein Protected content . with in 4 to 5 KM's range is it possible to get a house for Protected content with G/W/H. Is there any genuiune housing agecy web site is there to check and contact from here it self.
3) what will be the cost of living for 2 Adults and 2 Kids and one is school going. Does Protected content OK with average expenses.
