Emigrating to Canada from UK (Vancouver)

Hi can anyone help,

We are a family of 4, mum dad 2 kids. We are desperate to get to Canada but cannot get anywhere. All websites state they have stopped applications, as investors, entrepreneurs, you name it. My husband is a civil engineer so he would be getting us in so to speak, but once we have sold up we will have a substantial amount of cash to bring with us. Can anyone help? Is there a middle man who can assist or is there really a block on Canada. Any help would be appreciated.
