Going to Canada, an opportunity? (Vancouver)

Hello InterNations,
I am from Austria and went to school in the US. I stayed there for about 4 years. I am now back in Austria and because Canada is soooo amazing...I would love to know what it takes to move there.
What are my options as an Austrian citizen, age 24?
What is the immigration process like? Anything like the US (horror) ?
