Immigration-Communication (Vancouver)

Hi everyone,

We're currently in New Zealand and we're having issues with getting in touch with immigration in Canada to ask about the overdue processing time of our online application. From outside of Canada, it seems almost impossible to call immigration and speak to someone. Plus emails are rarely replied to and if so, it'll be Protected content later. We've been recommended to contact the office closest to us, which is Sydney, and still we have been diverted around the automated phone system and back to square one.

Does anyone have any advice as I'm beginning to lose my patience! I can take into consideration that they must have a large volume of applicants, but it seems this system they have is very unfriendly.

Your feedback is much appreciated!
