Baby/toddler activities? (Venice)

Hello everyone! I've just moved here from London with my Venetian hubby and 6 month old baby. Does anyone know of any baby groups (music/singing/swimming) that I can join - in English preferably? Alternatively, are there any other young families who would be interested in taking part if I formed one? Thanks in advance!
