a taste of Vietnam..... (Vienna)

Some years ago when my son was younger, I organised some “adventure dining” events for the Vienna Thursday afternoon playgroup kids. We are both older now, but adventure dining is back. The plan for 27th April is to visit Viennas Vietnam for a special buffet meal… audience of Protected content old tasters, parents as well, and grandparents also… as well as teenagers…. we can arrange tables to suit, and we have a couple ( or more ) of real live Vietnamese in attendance as hosts and country guides… Phuong Ngo and Hai Bui. We are looking for between 20 and 40 people to make the event and the buffet really sing. All being well we will publish some country information before the event so that you will know the answers to the “quiz”, giving you a chance to win some amazing prizes if the sponsor deals come off …!!! We are working on some cookbook info, apparently the recent increase in Vietnamese restaurants in Vienna is partly due to the increasing awareness of how healthy the food is.
