ANY GOOD MOVING OUT COMPANY (3 MEN+LKW??) (Vienna)

Hi there, I plan to move out by end of march and I'm a bit 'unfamiliar' with the Austrian ways of doing.. I , of course looked on th einternet for the traditional 2/3/4 Männer/ per hour+ VAN (LKW) but the prices do vary greatly and I read about some people being seriously ripped off. I just had a man from one company (which was well rated on a forum..but again for what it is worth..) but the price given was far too expensive (plus is it normal to have to pay Protected content for parkenverbot..something (one spot) to be able to park the van in front of a building ..on a saturday?)

Maybe i sound a bit paranoid but ...

Anyway, any suggestion or good recommendation is urgently needed!
