Banking and Credit Cards (Vienna)

Greetings,

I need to set up a bank account. I have looked into the Bank of Austria and they have quarterly fees. I would like to know if there is a good bank available that does not have charges and/or lower fees.
I also need to apply for a credit card. Any recommendations? In the USA I can get credit cards that do not have annual fees and offer rewards; money back, points, Skymiles, is there a credit card company that offers something similar?
