Can anyone recommend best internet provider? (Vienna)

Dear all,
I am Viennese living in Asia for a long time - I now need some practical help for Vienna and hope the community can help.
What is the best/fastest internet provider, package (preferably without contract) you can get in Vienna? I am going to rent my flat out to business people and want to provide best possible option which is not the most expensive.
