Child custody (alimony duty) for Russian expats (Vienna)

Hi Vienna Russian expats mostly :) , could you please help me with the information about the child custody (alimony payments) procedure for Russian expats procedure?
I have got Russian court decision. So do I need to go to local court of district where I live now? (It is Bezirksgericht Donaustadt, Protected content Dr.Adolf-Schärf-Platz 3). Or to verify within the Russian Embassy first? Or? ....
