Dear Vienna Chapter members

I am visiting vienna the first week of March, it will be thankful if you can recommend an area where I should stay to easily discover the city and if there is any spacial event in the city (or theater, opera...etc)

Also, can I easily find some touristic tour to go aound ( to Prague, Bratislava, Budapest...) or better to use the train.
