Employment Contract Negotiations? (Vienna)

Hey everyone!

Last week I participated in an interview for a junior engineering position in Western Austria. The interview went very well, and I received some promising feedback in response to my follow up email.

The research I have conducted into the red-white-red visa has shown that if I am selected for the position, I would have a reasonable chance of obtaining a work permit.

I was hoping this community could share some points I can raise during contract negotiations, which would be happening later this week, if I am selected as the ideal candidate.

Any questions I should ask specific to the EU? Specific to Austria? Anything regarding the 14 month salary arrangement?
