Flats with balcony? (Vienna)

Dear all,
i am looking for a flat and would highly prefer one that has a balcony, a small terrase or a loggia but the vast mayority of flats seem to come without.
Is it just bad luck or it it normal in Vienna that falts do not have a balcony? Or are flats with balcony/loggia so highly coveted they do not show up in adds?
